He signed up with Toronto FC in 2015 and became the highest paid soccer player in the league. Giovinch has won three trophies with his club, including the MLS Cup and Canadian Championships.

He also won the MLS Golden Boot, MLS MVP Award, MLS Newcomer of the Year, the George Gross Memorial Trophy for the most valuable player for the Canadian Championship. He also won the CONCACAF Champions League Golden Ball. He left the club as its all-time top goalscorer.

The Juventus FC fans’ favorite is a creative and quick player who was with Toronto FC for the most of the first part of the preseason camp of the Reds since he was called to train with the club.
