Practice schedules
The schedules might change. Many factors are to be considered (available fields, registration number, etc.).
U4-U5: Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, sports field: PDM
U6: Tuesday (match), Thursday (technical training) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, sports field: PDM
U7: Monday (technical training), Wednesday (match), from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, sports field: LTM
U8: Tuesday (technical training), Thursday (match), from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, sports field: LTM
PDM: Polyvalente Deux-Montagnes
LTM: Lake of Two Mountains High School
Practice outlines
There are teams of boys and girls in each level.
U4-U5: there will only be games of 4 on 4.
U6-U7-U8: one evening is dedicated to technical training (supervised by our
technical team) and the other evening is 5 on 5 matches.
Equipment
Each child will receive a shirt, shorts, pair of socks and a soccer ball at the beginning of the season.
You will need to purchase a pair of soccer cleats as well as a pair of shin guards. These
articles are available at our sponsor ifoot http://ifootsports.com or in any sports store.
Your child must wear his uniform, shin pads, and cleats to all practises. Please personalize the soccer ball and don’t forget to bring a bottle of water!
Volunteers
